Not , if you are using QoS. Qos (Quality of Service) wich is enabled in your routers. Qos will mandate the IP traffic used for VoIP has a higher priority than anything else. This way, if you have limited bandwidth, and a request to download a web page is made at the same time a call is made, the call will have a higher priority.
