Switzerland based company SKY-click has released its light-weight 100% web based call centre application. SKY-Click is a web-based VoIP and easy to use call centre solution based on Skype. Implementation and usage is simple and quick. SKY-click enables free PC to PC and cheap PC-to-Phone communication between a company and its customers. It allows the seamless integration between a company’s website, its customers and its call centre.
There is no implementation cost to profit from SKY-click. The solution can be used from anywhere in the world for the very low monthly fee of 10 USD per agent or for the yearly fee of 100 USD per agent. Call centre administrators manage the system through an intuitive and easy to use web-based interface. There is no hardware to install. Agents access SKY-click all around the world from any computer running Windows 2000 or later, Skype and the SKY-click software.
SKY-click forwards incoming calls to the right agent: the one speaking the caller’s language and responsible for the right subject of inquiry. The system handles all tasks usually managed by call centres: agents’ availability schedule, call queuing, feedback database, reporting, etc. The system is linked to standard product databases and CRM tools.
SKY-click will soon be compatible with other VOIP systems, provided they have API interfaces.
