Windows Live includes VoIP as one of application

It’s a great step to see Microsoft puts VoIP in newly unveiled Windows Live. In the demonstration yesterday, it showed Windows Live Messenger offers the ability to make phone calls over the Internet, from a PC to a traditional phone. But the beta version of Windows Live Messenger are still not open to public yet.
