VoxLib, Canada-based IT software developer has come up with a technology platform, which would bridge the gap between a mobile phone, a computer and a number of Instant messenger VoIP services. The platform runs on the users PC bringing Skype services to their mobile phones.
VOX for Skype is a plug-in for Skype. No special software must be installed on your mobile. In fact, any phone can be used. As long as VOX for Skype is downloaded and running on your computer and Skype is also running your mobile will have access to your Skype account. VOX for Skype can easily be accessed either through SkypeIn or SMS.
VOX for Skype Key Features:
Skype Calls ( free calls when calling your Skype contacts)
Skype Voicemail
International PSTN Calls using SkypeOut
Shows online friends
Works on all mobile and phones
Call people on their PC
Know who is online at any moment
Call people by name
Listen to and manage their Skype voicemail
Be notified by SMS of any missed calls or new voicemails
Initiate Skype to Skype as well as send SMS messages
VOX for Skype is available free download at VoxLib and is no cost for users.
